What counts as an “active priority"?
An active priority is one deliverable your team is working on — like building a workflow, creating a dashboard, or cleaning up data. Once it's completed and approved, the next priority begins.
What happens if I use up my hours before the month ends?
You can extend your support by adding extra hours in 10-hour blocks at your current plan rate, ensuring your work continues without interruption.
Do unused hours carry over to the next month?
Yes — but only for Growth and Premium plan. Any unused hours roll over for up to 30 days, giving you flexibility to manage your workload across busy and quiet periods.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your plan anytime with at least 14 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
What kind of HubSpot work do you handle?

Is website work included in the support plans?
