An active task or project refers to one deliverable your team is currently working on — such as setting up a workflow, building a dashboard, or cleaning up data.
Once it’s completed and approved, the next task in your ClickUp queue can begin.
What happens if I use up my hours before the month ends?
If you reach your included hours early, you can extend your support by adding extra hours in 10-hour blocks at your current plan rate.
This ensures your work continues without interruption.
Do unused hours carry over to the next month?
Yes — any unused hours roll over for up to 30 days, giving you flexibility to manage your workload across busy and quiet periods.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your plan anytime with at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
What communication channels are included?
All plans include ClickUp task management and Slack for real-time collaboration.
What type of work falls under “Everything HubSpot Support”?

Is website work included in the support plans?
